I knew Journey i have Started!

I have decided to to read chapter out of any book of the bible each day. Today started with Hebrews Ch.1. In this book the writer starts off with an explanation of how God did communicate with his people and how he communicates now. In the past the father spoke to his people by prophets and now he speaks to use through his Son. Also the writer tells a story of how Jesus is more important to him than the angels. The writer wrote this in verse 7:

And of the angels He says,

"WHO MAKES HIS ANGELS WINDS,
AND HIS MINISTERS A FLAME OF FIRE."

Now what stuck out to me was the phrase "his ministers a flame of fire." The reason that this phrase stuck out to me is that when i look at this phrase i do not think burning, torching and things fire can do to hurt someone. I think of light and as a minister for Christ we need to not be afraid to use that light that we are given. I believe sometimes as Christians we are scared that we may be inadequate in helping others; maybe because we are new to faith or whatever excuse we tell ourselves. Tell me what you think this phrase means to you.

I've Been Gone For a Long While......

So according to my posts i have been gone form blogging for over two years. A lot has gone on in those two years, but i will not bore all of you with that. Lately i have had a lot on my plate. I have also been told that a way to relieve some of my stress. So here it goes........
