Why do i do this to myself every semster

I just did  a 5 page research paper that i have known about since the first day of my class!!!  Oh by the way its due tomorrow.  I can't figure out every semester why i start to procrastinate as the semester goes on?  I start out every semester all ready to do work and not procrastinate and that last about a month then i slip into procrastination mode. If anyone has any advice for me please help me out!

I having trouble wrapping my head around this.

I've been a christian for 5 years now and I'm going to have to be honest the biggest thing that bothers me about some christian people is their lack of acceptance of new and different people.  I'm not trying to rant here, but i just can't understand why we can't more more accepting of people with a past.  We all have are baggage none of us are innocent.  I feel sometimes we get to comfortable in our faith and we seem to get the feeling that we are better than others because we follow God,  when we all know that following God doesn't make us any better than anyone else.  I think as christians we need to be more open to people.  Take a look at this passage from Job.  I believe it explains better what I'm trying to say.

Job 31:13-15

13If I have despised and rejected the cause of my manservant or my maidservant when they contended or brought a complaint against me,

    14What then shall I do when God rises up [to judge]? When He visits [to inquire of me], what shall I answer Him?

    15Did not He Who made me in the womb make [my servant]? And did not One fashion us both in the womb?
